Woo-hoo, welcome 2013! It's time to get back to the business of cooking. With that in mind, Please join me at Pacific Culinary Studio the first week of February for some terrific new classes.

On Saturday, February 2nd, I will be teaching New Southern Cuisine:

 Treat yourself to some serious comfort food without putting a dent in your diet with these revamped recipes. Nothing fake, everything fabulous. Recipes include Black-eyed Pea and Okra Fritters with Jalapeno-Pineapple Vinegar, Spicy-Smoky Greens, Creamy Grits, Baked Flaky Chicken and Sweet Bean Pie with Whipped Yogurt.

On Thursday, February 7th I will be teaching Will You Be My Parisian Valentine?

 Bring your sweetheart and sing La Vie en Rose together while you dine on traditional Parisian bistro recipes created with well-known aphrodisiacal ingredients. Chef Lesa will enchant you with stories about the City of Light during the most romantic time of the year, while you make and dine on Coc au Vin Blanc with Figs, Greens with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette, Oysters Mignonette, Artichoke Heart Soup with Truffle Oil and Chocolate Pots au Crème.
