Magnificent Mediterranean: Cooling Foods from a Hot-weather Climate. Want to indulge your taste buds all summer long, but don't want to overheat your kitchen? Learn tips and tricks from the masters of keeping things cool, and learn why the Mediterranean diet is simply a way of living, and eating, well. Sip on some Home Made Sage Sun Tea; nibble on Cold Grains, Beans and Greens Salad; Sop up some Steamed Mussels in Tomato-Fennel Broth with Handmade Pita; and finish off your meal with a light, palate-cleansing Pomegranate Granita.

You will enjoy the foods created in class, plus appetizers, wine and lots of good conversation.
