Dog Mountain Farm-Chefs Needed!

 Are you dedicated to creating fine food with
local, seasonal ingredients?

 Would you enjoy the challenge of working in an
outdoor kitchen?

 Do
you love engaging with people to tell your story?

Then you are the chef we seek to
prepare a farm dinner for our guests!

In keeping with our goal to
reconnect people to the land, we offer this unique opportunity Saturday
evenings, June through September. Since 2008, we have introduced over 700
people to sustainable agriculture; explained the importance of our local
foodshed; and shared our story of creating this farm and why we do what we do.
Our guests are greeted with an appetizer and champagne, then enjoy a
presentation and tour followed by a true farm-to-table experience with a
five-course meal and wine pairings.

We have volunteers that will help
with preparation and other kitchen support. You are welcome to bring your own
staff. We ask that you prepare the welcoming appetizer and meal with ingredients
from our farm and other local producers. We encourage you to work with us on
selection of the wine pairings. We request, to the extent possible, that you
introduce each course and speak with our guests about the importance of local
food.

You will receive recognition in
our marketing materials and are welcome to share/distribute information about
your business at the event. We offer a $300 stipend.
