and outs of perfect meat. We'll prepare three dishes: Seared Flank Steak with Charmoula
Sauce -Traditional Moroccan flavors of coriander, cumin, garlic perfectly pair
with a caramelized, crusty flank steak. Coq au Vin – A sultry
French dish of chicken braised in wine sauce, this fall-off-the-bone dish will
have diners clamoring for more. Pork Roulade with Apple, Sage and
Farmstead Cheese – A truly eye-pleasing, mouthwatering dish with northwestern
flair.
All these dishes will be paired with wine. After
class, participants can browse the shop for glorious gadgets and ingredients,
or select a bottle of wine. A 10% discount coupon for these purchases is
given to every participant.
