Come sample a mixed plate of the Northwest's best: Alder Smoked Salmon with Cider Brine; Grilled Calamari Salad with Olives, Feta and Red Pepper; Coconut Shrimp with Sweet Chile and Cilantro Sauces; and Rosemary Stuffed Small Fish with Roasted Tomato Confit and Plum Mustard.
