LesaCooks Personal Chef Service gives you the gift of living well. I buy my meats, fish and produce according to seasonality and focus on using local artisan foods, sustainable sources and organics. Whenever possible, I use whole foods rather than processed ones.
I provide reusable containers for my clients, and/or fully recyclable single-use materials. My scrap food is composted for use in my garden, and I will soon be purchasing carbon offsets for my car. I believe that the little things we do count greatly, and that's a philosophy I bring to the kitchen every time I cook.
